Okay, so my nose isn't all that stuffed up but my throat's on fire. Unfortunately, due to a migraine, the onset of this cold and who knows what other factors, I ended up vomiting last night. I can now unequivocally  say, puking up curry is horrible. Right up there with salsa, but a little bit worse. And yet, it was worth the evening I had!

Earth Hours were spent in the tub in candle light then drumming & meditating in the temple room. A tumble of thoughts / questions about my life. Where is my focus? Why am I not writing consistently? The only reason I'm even able to type right now is because the supremely wonderful Claire gave me a mini-massage that relaxed the muscles I've been tensing up due to the pain.
