I watched this programme on TV last night - the fictional account of an alternate UK where the death penalty has been reinstated, and the former rock star is tried and found guilty of the rape of a minor and sentenced to hang.

Itagaki's death - so good, so moving - it must be the third time I've watched it and I'm in tears as usual. It's so well done and takes up almost a quarter of the episode *sniffs*
