Talitha and I are going to Ithaca this weekend! We'll get to go to Masquerave! Masquerave is Risley's big Halloween party. At Risley's Bye-Bye-BBQ on Saturday, various awards were given out. Andrew was voted Most Likely to be Seen in the Library, Jeff was voted Best Dice Roller, and so on. I was not expecting to win a prize, but I did.

I am officially the Most Not Dave Schoonover in Risley.

At Kommittee, people arranged for there to be a discussion last night about the artistic qualities of the naked mural and about community standards. I don't really care much about the "what is art" question, but I thought I should really show up, because detonating the petition and walking away seemed rude at best. So, Masquerave was last night! It was lots of fun. Everyone had amazing costumes. I was probably the least creative person there, just being a sort of carnival-type masked reveller. No more Assassin. Liz killed me during my American Political Thought class by dropping a stuffed rhinovirus on my head.

So, Assassin started twenty-four minutes ago. My mark is. . . wait, I can't and won't tell you who my mark is. But I have one, and it is my job to kill that person. Commence the paranoia! I actually figure I'll be killed early on. But maybe I can take at least one person down with me.

I had a good day today.

So, I actually didn't watch "On the Edge" last night. Instead, I played Game of the Gods. This is a game invented by a former Risleyite back in the 80s. There's a specially carved and painted table for it, which sat unused for at least ten years. Why unused?
