I am posting this graph of the Scrabble game Lindsay and I just played not just to twist the dagger but also to proclaim to the world at large my play of SHAMING and ELKS for a total of 101 points (42 for SHAMING on a triple word, 9 for ELKS, 50 for the bingo). As you probably know by now, I usually form images in my head of the characters in the book I'm currently reading. Also, they usually take the likeness of famous people, or people from my past. As I read The Red Tent, I find that I'm inventing images for these people, very distinct images, that I can't attribute to one particular person ( Read more... )
