New stuff and little annoyances

Back on track
I'm finally feeling used to not having carbs again and today I finally got back on track with my work out and I feel really great. Other than that there's nothing really special going on. I'm just watching some T.V. and picking up a bit around the conod. -
Change of pace
So you know those really easy days of work where things just coast by and it hardly feels like work at all? Well, this wasn't one of those days. So, work was doing some stuff with the phones and we were randomly dropping calls and unable to actually get calls either. Dieting pt 2, Slow Sunday's
Yesterday was my friends 23rd birthday and he was kind of down for what ever reason so I decided to take him out for lunch. He is under the impression that he has some kind of illness where he can't eat glutine or wheat products. Dieting
Okay so I'm on day 7 of this low carb/high protein diet. I don't want to say it's Atkins cause I'm not sure it really is. In any event I've been keeping my carb count to 20g or less for the first week and I've lost about 7lbs which is awesome. So much work
Okay so this is about the 5th week of me putting in anywhere from 10 - 15 hours of OT at work and, I have to say, it's getting pretty damn intense. I find myself dreaming about work and that's kind of scary. It's not like they're bad dreams or anything but the idea of my work life effecting me subconsciously on some level is still quite disturbing ( Read more... ) -
Friday April 4th
So I got off of work and headed over to Jon's house. We grabbed some food and then headed over to Mike's place where we warmed up with some GH and drinks. It was pretty cool and we had some fun. Loneliness revisited
So I'm sure everyone who is a friend of mine knows that I met the most incredible girl in the world towards the end of January. Hair Cut
I got my hair cut today and I have to say I'm really happy with it. I did pretty much the same thing I always do except I had it tapered from the center a little bit so it's more faux hawkish. Yeah, I know the faux hawk has become painfully common but that doesn't take away from the fact that I look damn good with it :) -
12 hour day
To help with my missing work on Tuesday I've been working some pretty long shifts. Yesterday I worked a 10 hour shift and today I was lucky enough to work a 12 hour shift.
