The crazy that is my fall started with a vengeance 2 weeks ago. It's not ending anytime soon. But it's all fun and upcoming things. I've decided recently that while I am relatively happy with the way that I look, I can look better. And I have. My junior year of college I lost 30 pounds by swimming religiously and watching what I ate. I was in some of the best shape of my life since high school. It. Is. Gorgeous here today. I can't get over it. I was out earlier this afternoon doing errands and I just love this weather. According to the temperature gauge in my car, it was 56 degrees out. • I'm starting to get back into running. I used to run in high school and I miss it a lot. I'm using the Couch to 5k program which I started last night. I am SO sore. But its a good sore.
