Emily starts third grade tomorrow. We went last minute school shoe shopping yesterday. The funny thing is that Emily the shoe nut she's been since the age of two normally selects a pair of Sketchers at her shoe of choice. She love their shoes. Yesterday was quite busy for the child and myself. To explain why some of our activities took so long, there was a race yesterday. We live in Huntersville, NC which is outside of Charlotte on the north side. Nearby is the town of Concord, NC. Concord is where the Lowes Motor Speedway is. I haven't been to Bath and Body Works for years. I used to be a B&BW junkie. I'd go in and leave $30-60 lighter. If it came in the scent I loved I'd buy it. That scent used to be Sun-Ripened Raspberry. But then I got knocked up and the smell would floor me. I had to throw all of it out, much to my dismay. Well, the happiness that was DragonCon came and left. I'll be back in Virginia this coming weekend. Trevor flew back earlier today. The show was all right but for the dealer room being even more cramped than before. I didn't get any comics that I wanted which sucked but what'cha gonna do?
