Sep 02, 2014 23:22

Here is day four. The Flashback Sues go from 48 to
- 48: They have a couple of nice fanfics on their profile. The story that is featured though is now gone.
- 49: They have a story about Sirius dealing with the repercussions of being sorted into Gryfindor.
- 50: The Harry Potter Sue is gone, but they have a Lord of the Rings Sue instead.
- 51: They're still posting stories. The fandoms are pretty much ones I'm not familiar with though.
- 52: Blank profile...
- 53: No stories...
- 54: Their only story is a drabble for Mass Effect.
- 55: No stories...
- 56: There are a few short one-shots and a story for the Severitus Challenge. That's the one I've going to feature today.

Don't forget about the fanfic contest.

TITLE: Sudis, Clavus, Corpus
PERPETRATOR: Sudis, Clavus, Corpus
SUE-O-METER:

(awful)
COVER/BANNER ART: None
SUMMARY:”AU Severitus Challenge Fic: Harry Potter ran away at ten years and has been living on the streets. What happens to Harry Potter at Hogwarts? A Slytherin Harry Potter?”
FULL NAME: Harry Potter
SPECIES: Harry Potter is Severus' son instead of James.
HAIR: It's dirty...
EYES: Like usual...
MARKINGS: Like usual...
POSSESSIONS: He's dressed in rags even when he is brought in by Dumbledore/
CONNECTION TO CANON: Harry gets his owl and send a letter back about magic not being real. Someone comes to get Harry Potter from the Dursleyes and says that Harry ran away a year ago and then Dumbledore utters a spell to locate Harry Potter and he is able to. We then get Blaise (a female by the way) whining about being sorted into Slytherin. We find out that Harry Potter has been brought in late and Minerva has to go and get the Sorting Hat again. He gets sorted into Slytherin. Draco repeats his lines about wrong sort and Harry blasts him. That's the first chapter. The later ones aren't much better.
ORIGIN: Harry Potter ended up on the streets instead of living at his aunts place. He gets along with Blaise but not Draco.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: Despite the fact weird things should be happening around him and he just got a letter via an owl he doesn't believe that magic is real.

NOTES: The writer deleted their fanfic because they got “a very rude email criticizing every little detail of it. In this rude email, the sender told me to read their own story. This my excuse for throwing it away.”

For some reason Dumbledore is wearing pink robes in the first chapter.

SAMPLE:

A figure lay stretched out on the dark street, face illuminated by a flickering street lamp. It was a boy, and no more than that, for he was small and looked as if he hadn't eaten much for months. His eyes were closed; he was asleep. There was a curious scar on his forehead, shaped like a lightning bolt, and it was glowing strangely green.

He stirred, his face twisted in pain, and rolled over, long strands of greasy black hair scattered around his head. His mouth opened slightly and he began to breathe faster. In moments his eyes shot open and the lightning shaped scar faded back to its normal color.

Emerald green orbs stared into the lightening sky. After a minute he pulled himself up into a sitting position, half-turning to look at the horizon where the sun was beginning to peek over.

He watched the sunrise, clutching his meager, torn clothing to him. It was clear just how thin he was when the material molded against him; his ribs stuck out like knives.

When finally the sun had risen, the boy heaved himself to his feet. He really was small, and looked to be no more than nine, judging by his frame. But looks can be deceiving.

The boy was about to step out of the alley he had camped in when he heard a fluttering behind him. He whirled around agilely, to see a dark shape growing nearer, coming from the sky. He waited for the shape to come into view.

The street lamp flickered on again and the shape was illuminated: it was a bird, a large one, an owl.

The owl flew up to the boy and landed on his shoulder, holding out one taloned foot. There was something attached; a letter. The boy untied it carefully and, the owl still on his shoulder, opened it.

There were two sheets of parchment. The boy took out the first one, and unfolded it.
