Summary: “Andy's life was messed up, even for a demigod daughter of Poseidon. Something no one else knew was that she had a twin named Harry Potter. When they were four, they were separated by a rouge Deatheater attack. Andy was sent to America, and Harry was sent to their mothers' sister. After 11 years of hard trials for the both of them, the fates have decided to bring them back together.”
Full Name: I would not be surprised to learn her full name is Andromeda Potter. Leo calls her “my sea queen.” Harry calls her “Annie” when they were little and she tells him to stop, but she keeps calling him Hazza.”

Species: She’s Harry’s sister, I mean, half-sister as she is the daughter of Poseidon, but also his twin. Unless of course he’s also a child of Poseidon just because that’s a lot of fun. (They might be a female Percy Jackson. I got that from one of the reviews though, because my actual thought going into this was not to think that this was a female Percy but another child of Poseidon.

Markings: It’s worth noting I think that she remembers Harry having a scar despite the fact she shouldn’t have that actual knowledge having been taken to America.

Connection to Canon: The first actual chapter of the story as the first chapter is just a disclaimer has Andy running around with the Percy Jackson crowd. Specifically, she is running around with Leo. Andy lies and says she is not thinking of anything but the view, yet is in reality thinking of her twin Harry. If you thought the attack happening when they were four was bad, apparently they’re both at an orphanage at age four rather than having been dumped off at the Dursley family. They have a pinky promise to find each other, but then they get separated and someone calling her their angel takes her in. Chiron gives them their task of protecting Harry and she yells in all caps at him, “WHAT! YOU KNEW WHERE HE WAS AND THAT HE WAS ALIVE FOR THE PAST SIX YEARS?! HOW DARE YOU NOT TELL ME! I THOUGHT HE WAS DEAD, AND NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME YOU KNEW HE WAS?!” Everyone in chapter two is like, including Leo, “Oh poor Percy!” Wait. I mean Andy, who happens to lose her American accent and gain a posh British one because she’s been hiding the fact she’s British this whole time which makes absolutely no sense at all. Good news everybody! We also learn James Potter is alive because he is - drum roll, Posiedon. Everybody in the Percy Jackson cast EXCEPT poor Percy then excitedly gets to go to Hogwarts because of this Sue and Harry needs protecting by them when he actually doesn’t need protecting by them. Well, everyone arrives and Harry’s awed at how amazing these demi-gods are! Plot what plot for chapter five which is super short and actually chapter four, but Andy then prances into potions as if she owns the place and says she missed Snape in the next chapter - six or five because of the disclaimer chapter. More plot-what-plot in what’s chapter seven, or really six. Chapter eight sees her swooning in Cedric’s arms, because yes, he’s alive and helping Umbridge. Chapter nine which would have been chapter eight is an author’s note bringing up the fact the story has over a thousand views. (That doesn’t mean much, to be honest.) Chapter ten is an announcement that they made a cover for the story. (Yeah. The writer is likely very young.) Chapter eleven is addressing the fact the writer made Dumbledore evil in this. (And Cedric is alive and Harry is not anywhere as useful valuable as our Sue There is more plot what plot for what isn’t chapter twelve and a random author’s note announcing that they’ll be having RemusxSirius in the story because they think it is cute, “and if you’re not okay with that, I am not making you read this story, I just really want you to.” Chapter thirteen is a challenge the writer posted on all of their stories at the beginning of this month because they’re desperate for reviews where the readers decide what pairings will happen and the one with the most will get a spoiler.
Origin: Given the fact the very first chapter is just a disclaimer, I am guessing the writer is indeed quite young. Of course, this does make me wonder how many of the writers have Harry’s twin sister shipped off to America are also quite young when that’s not at all a logical thing for adults to do. I couldn’t figure out from the profile whether the Suethor changed the attack on the Potters to when they were four so that Andy can remember Harry enough to angst over him.
Special Abilities: For some dumb reason the adults decided to separate the twins, AGAIN. No, seriously, a good chunk of American-Sues utilize this plot which would never happen. At age four she talks like a child in elementary school, but then speaks in baby talk as if she were two-years-old. She’s also tasked with quests despite not having the maturity level. By this I am referring to her yelling in all caps at an adult assigning the quests. There’s talk in what is place held as four about the Sorting Hat having a name that the Sue miraculously discovered.
Notes: It really didn’t click with me that this was a female Percy Jackson until I caught sight of a mention in the reviews that this is a female Percy Jackson. That’s bad, but given that, I’m going to have to give this one a toxic rating. As for Dumbledore being evil, the Suethor’s pretty much only doing it so that her female Mary Sue version of a male character can have angst and be even more special, not because it makes sense as a plot device.

It was storming outside the orphanage. There was a loud clap of thunder and I screamed. I raced to my big brothers' bed and jumped into his arms. "Hazza! I'm scared." I cried. "It's okay Annie. You're safe." No sooner as he said that, our door crashed open with a bang and a man walked in carrying a wooden stick. "We have to get the things the strange man gave us." Harry MM'ed (Mind message) me.
"But then they will take us away from each other!" I reasoned.
"I know Annie, but it will keep us safe."
"Okay Hazza, but I pinky promise that I will find you again, and stop calling me Annie!"
We both laugh at that. We shake pinkies and then grab the two old mirrors that Gandalf gave us. The world spun around me. When I finally could see clearly, I was in a dimly lit hallway all alone. I started to cry and shout for Harry while I walked down the hallway. I wasn't watching where I was going and ran into a beautiful lady with light brown hair and kind-looking chocolate brown eyes.
"Are you lost sweetheart?" she said bending down to my level.
"Y... Yes miss. I's looking for my brother Harry. Can you helwp me. I's Awndroweda Potter but I like to go by Anwy."
"Hi Andy. I'm Sally Jackson. Come with me and we can go try to find your brother."
