I can't say how much I love doing kickboxing!!! Talk about a full on workout and to top it off, if you're having a bad day... just take it out on the bags. You start off the class starting up some cardio and then you just let your stress of the day dissolve w/ each kick and punch of the bag.
Today was a whole heck of a lot of ab work and push ups. Not just normal push ups... nope we did: Y stance, plank, standard, twists... all different styles. And a multitude of crunches. My arms are still a bit wobbly.
I'm also trying out the myfitnesspal app. My one friend really likes using and I'm always back and forth using the weight watchers app. I'll let you know how it goes :)
