Friday Dani came over to help me with evening chores, then she rode Odie while I rode Scooby. Scooby was being such a lazy goof, but after smacking him a few times on the butt for stopping to poop, we neded up with a really nice trot. Amber graduated! Sort of. Promoted would be a better word. Because she's been doing so well in obedience class, Janet wants to move her to level 2, which meets at 6 instead of 7. She's stopped growling at dogs, just bark, which is much better in some respects. I'm very happy for her and for my mom and I. We've done well.

Veronica made it a week. Considering a week is how long the others lasted, I think she'll be okay.

Here are some pictures of the new family members. I never got a chance to take pictures of Kaylee or any of the others before they died. The new goldfish, Veronica, isn't acting the way the others were, so I think she's going to stick around.

I can't keep goldfish alive to save my life, it seems. So I'm through with goldfish. I think I'm going to get a betta for that tank, or maybe go Whitney's route and get some mice. I still want a rabbit, though...
