Hello friends,

I have been somewhat absent becuase I've been trying to catch up on sleep. I'm finding myself very sleepy during the day at work so I'm trying to make sure I get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep each night. Some nights I get 7 or 8 and although I wake up refreshed, it does not seem to change the amount of sleepiness I feel at work. Work ( Read more... )

* Post-panto let-down is now mostly gone. This year seemed easier overall which I wasn't expecting. I do not know why. Looking forward to next year. I hope they let me do the program again. Now that I've done it, it'll be easier if I do it again.
