You lost- get the hell over it. It's over. She's gone- happy and will continue to be happy. I've never seen her so happy in her entire life. I'm glad for her that she found that Mark fellow- he seems a hell of a lot better than you. Want to know why I say that? Because when she was with you all she would talk about to me on AIM was how she was so depressed and how badly you treated her. How everyday you would sit there and bitch and moan about how bad life is. How you would blaim your stupid money troubles on some 18 year old girl ( ... )

Well said, but while he may give you his side of the story- don't expect him to back it up. I challenged him to back it up over a month ago. Havent heard a thing.

And yes, she's been a lot happier since.

Dave, I won't lie... some of what she did was wrong, she freely admits that and any apologies she has given so far are sincere. And if she hasn't given one, its only because she didn't think you'd listen to her- give her a chance and she will. She didn't want to hurt you, no matter how badly you behaved towards her she tried as hard as she could to avoid that. She does regret how she handled some things, but thats in the past now for her- it should be for you too.

And as the above poster has said, look at yourself too. She hasn't been perfect in this, but neither have you, not by a longshot. Stop playing the victim.

Yeah, she's made up a complete other identity complete with a nearly year old journal. Yeah.

I had been trying to give you some credit and be somewhat respectful, but this marks you as a total moron.-
I can see it now, her journal friends coming to my place. Not even knowing MY side of the story. And burning my place down, blowing up my bedsheets of my bed.. Tearing my life to pieces, beating the living shit out of me. Not even knowing MY side of the story and not even knowing me, or even talking to me.

If you can't see why, reread the comments people left in this entry. If you still can't see why that statement makes you a moron, you are sad and hopeless.

Again, you level accusations without backing them up. If you aren't going to back them up, why make the accusations? All baseless accusations will do is make you look like an idiot.

And has it ever crossed your mind that you might be misinterpretign some things about her, assumign the worst because she hurt you without actually thinking it through to make sure you are right? I don't blame you for being angry at her, I would be if I was in your shoes. But you can't let that cloud your judgement of the facts.

Two words. Dynamic IP. Two IP addresses matching from residential internet connections, unless they are only a couple seconds apart(and sometimes not even then), are absolutely meaningless in establishing identity.

And you are speaking with someone who's managed 2 internet service providers. And you obviously know nothing about what you are talking about when it comes to IP assignment.
Dhcp, or lease times. reverse dns, networks, classes of addresses, or traceroute.

Classes of IP addresses are irrelevant to this. Traceroute, could be relevant but won't get you closer than the city, perhaps section of the city. I've used it heavily. Unless you have an in to the ISP NOC, you aren't going to get the mac address whihc is what you'd need for a firm ID without a warrant ( ... )

Your machine sends a DHCP DISCOVERY packet which in essesnce is broadcasted out to the local network in the form of a udp packet. Do you know what that means on a noc level? Do you know what DHCP DISCOVERY means?, do you read your rfc's from rfc-editor.org like i do?.. have you heard of a broadcast? Or a router? Fuck on with the subject.. broadcast is sent... which pretty much means your computer says across the network you are on.. 'YO wheres the dhcp server'. As soon as the packet is recieved from the dhcp server, the dhcp server replies and says 'YO OVER HERE LORD!', and it screams at your computer.. 'Yo heres the DNS information f0r j00, u uber leet winnuker, its x.x.x.x... heres the ip address information its y.y.y.y .. and so forth.. but btw computer, just to let you know, Ive managed to log that i gave you this address on my system and you can go now and thanks for telling me who you are ill be sure and put your macaddress thats in the framing of this packet u sent to me on file so i will remember when the next time you start ( ... )
