Hello everyone! Sorry I've been so out of touch, but it's been ridiculously crazy here. The months (yes, I said months) leading up to Christmas were a bit overwhelming and I just sort of phased all sorts of things out to try and ease up what was going on.

Miss Thing has been spending this evening 'trapping a ghost' in our dining room. One would think a child of 2 and a half to run screaming from whatever 'ghost' she has discovered. Mine, decides to trap it. *shakes head*

Holy shit!!!!!! My store is finally comping on the year!!!! And we are making budget so far!!!!!! Waaaaaaahoooooooo!!!!!!!!!!

*grins* Yeah, kind of a big deal for us since this is the first time in a year that we are doing so well. Holy shit! Might even get a quarterly bonus if we continue to do well in April. *grins even bigger*

So Miss Thing has learned how to work doorknobs and this morning she woke up, opened the door to her room, and made her way to our bedroom. She climbed in bed and I turned on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse to entertain her as I slowly woke up. Hands down, no doubt about it, is when Miss Thing holds her arms out and says to me "Need a hug." *smishes her tight*

Also, looking forward to there being snow on the ground and having the day off so Miss Thing and i can actually play in the snow for the first time. Yay!! And I believe cookies will be in order.
