I have been on a Pokemon rom kick for the last few months taking on Pokemon Naranja, Pokemon Troll version, and Pokemon Flame of Rage. So far, I really love Naranja. Yeah it's in Spanish, but I give them props for rebuilding the sprites and maps to fit the Orange Islands.

If you play Pokemon rom hacks, what are your favorite ones and why?

Well, because of difficulty with my family life being difficult, I had to sell off a lot of my gaming collection to make ends meet. Babies eating is more important than gaming. Hello, lovely people. I come asking something of importance. I posted before about a ROM I had downloded with a glitch in it. I'm thinking if I get a walking throuh walls code I MAY be able to get past this nusance.

So I'm wondering if anyone has a Ghost code for the Japanese Fire Red that will work in VisualBoy Advance.

So recently a friend and I patched  ROM hack of Pokemon Fire Red to follow Pokemon Special.

However, now that her and I have beaten Brock, there seems to be an invisible wall blocking the way. We're VERY sure it's the ROM itself as there was one time I couldn't get back into Pewter City.

I have a question...

Is there any Nintendo DS emulators that actually work?  I've found a Pokemon Pearl rom, yet emulators like iDeaS and DeSuMe doesn't seem to work with it.

Edit:  Nevermind.  Was able to get it working; thanks to those that helped.  Your advice is appreciated and yes I plan on getting a DS and Pokemon once I can afford to do so
