Oy... Mystery Dungeon issues.
Well, because of difficulty with my family life being difficult, I had to sell off a lot of my gaming collection to make ends meet. Babies eating is more important than gaming. My Mystery Dungeon set (Red Rescue, Blue Rescue, and Explorers of Time) was a part of that which I parted with, sadly. I had to keep my Pearl and HG - so many years worth of Pokemon saved from when I was still in high school are on those carts... I had to sell my DS itself, but I will not part with my Pearl and HG unless I have no other choice.
AAAAnyway, I started missing playing the games and I got myself a ROM of Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team. Oh freakin' boy. Starting over like this makes me sad, as I had 100 guys recruited before, and a nice set of items... and, I'm having a bit of a problem.
It won't let me do Wonder Mail! And the game doesn't let me make a save. I have to save state each time I want to put the game down - and that bugs me. Any of you have this problem, if you're playing on the ROM? I'm using the latest VisualBoy Advance, if that matters. None of my other ROMs are messing up with VBA at all.
*sadface* Wonder Mail is half the fun of Mystery Dungeon! And I want to be able to ask for rescues 'n stuff, if any of you still play Mystery Dungeon Red or Blue...

PS: I know, I wanted to have a World Cup giveaway months ago, but I was hospitalized for a very severe sickness, and now we don't have money to have our own internet at our house. So, now I have a box or three of soccer player named Snorunts to be Glalies on a game that I can't access because my DS is long gone. I severely apologize about that, it does break my heart. I hope to contribute to give-a-ways one day! Maybe if I can get Wonder Mail working here, we can do stuff on Mystery Dungeon together?
