Frankly, it's the governor and lieutenant governor standing in the way.

Okay, I've already e-mailed a few people about this, but it merits a blog entry. All members of my immediate family have been known to point at something and label it a "Katharine drink." This is a record: it's December 13th, and not only do I have most of my Christmas shopping done, I have eight presents wrapped.
