It's not all about restaurants: I do still cook. My beloved husband wants me to make this Arugula-Pistachio Pesto. Good grief, will you look at the Jasper Hill Winnimere? I must find some of this to try - it looks like the sort of thing I'd love. The Sweet Grass Dairy Titan sounds promising, too, and more attainable, given the local aspect.

Georgia is set to have a public hearing on coloring raw milk this Friday. I really don't see why a label isn't sufficient. I highly doubt that someone is going to try to slip someone else some raw milk maliciously.
