It's starting to feel very Christmas-y round here - we got the decorations out on Saturday and freaked out the cat by a) constructing a tree ("so that's where trees come from? :o") and b) moving furniture around so there was space for the new tree. Monday night was a British Museum Friends Open Evening - so we decided to make life easier for ourselves and stay over, thus making a 2 day visit to the museum :) Started off a little late on Monday morning but still got to the museum at about 2pm. J took the day off work yesterday, mostly coz his boss asked him on Wednesday how he was gonna use up the last few days of leave he needs to use before the end of March.
