Weekend
Made two batches of hot buns, half with crosses (hail Eostre), half with a multiplicity of symbols. A leftover syringe (unused) from field work performed admirably in producing detailed decorations. The first batch on Friday was practice for a bunfest on Sunday , thickening the paste made more detailed designs possible in the 2nd batch...
Made it to one La Mirada (Spanish Film Fest) film on Saturday arvo (Mediterranean Diet), followed by paella and wine. Totally missed the French Film Fest before that. And the German Film Fest is coming up next. I don't think we'll make it to any.
Coffee, bubbly, buns and many other baked goods Sunday morning and into the arvo. Went for a boogie Sunday night. Almost long enough - home by 5.
We had an extra day off yesterday! Dunno why! Spent too much of it running around trying to get my car fixed :-(
