I wrote to my district rep's office today about the city's poor response to the snow, how my street still is under tons of snow, nowhere to park, etc. I got a response within hours asking for the specific street so it could be investigated.     PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ―The latest round of snow is causing the roadways to become slick in western Pennsylvania and a blizzard warning has been issued for parts of the area.
