The end of another year in this city. What do the ignorant masses most people do to celebrate it? Things were kinda crazy around here last year, so I'm not sure what people here do on a NORMAL new year.

... I think I'm out another roommate. To her credit, she was here more than two days before she disappeared. I suppose it's just as well, what with all the disease going around.

But I'm not worried about all that. It'll take more than a single-celled organism or some uppity virus to take me out of commission!

Man, this can't be a coincidence. Two curses in a row that remind me of my old teammates. First the one with all the blood, then the one with the everybody never shutting up. Anyone have a remedy for the lingering scent of motor oil and axle grease? After that "create-a-critter" curse I haven't been able to purge the apartment, or myself, for that matter, of the smell.
