I've spent the last week reading Skip Beat after work, staying up too late in the process.  Finally done, but now I need more.  It's such a good series.  There are at least two stories which must be told before the series can end, but I wonder if the mangaka has the intervening tales planned out yet ( Read more... )

Stuff happened at work.  I came up with a makeshift solution which could potentially save the company hundreds of dollars a year (:P) and increase our on-time completion rate.  Yay.  I was originally hired for a three month temp position.  It's now been 2.5 months.  A couple weeks ago (around the 2.0 mark) my boss mentioned to me in passing my "end ( Read more... )

For the second time this week, my alarm clock failed to go off.  Fortunately I woke up early enough to be merely late.  It was particularly aggravating since I'd planned to come in early today to finish up a project before the weekend.  And since everyone leaves relatively early on Friday, I couldn't even stay late unless I wished to be locked in ( Read more... )
