My mom is going on a cruise in November. It's a pretty fabulous cruise which starts in the UK and goes to France, Spain and Portugal on a thirteen day wine tour. We sent mom flowers for Mothers' Day. I have no idea what they look like and, until today, I wasn't even sure if she accepted the delivery.

Mom's finally home. I know it's only two days after the surgery, but there'd been some hopeful expectation that it would be an in and out sort of thing, that she'd have been home yesterday, and even then only so late because the doctor insisted she stay overnight.
