the cheesecakes at govindas get better every time. i'm eating leftovers from last night of the lime coconut and i had a slice of this mystery one that seemed like a chocolate swirl. it was amazing. i haven't seen that one before though.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know that thanks in part to the recommendation of SuperCarrot, I am now selling my vegan cakes at Govinda's. My cakes are moist, moist, moist and delicious! BRIDES Magazine is having an event featuring 50 cake designers from around the US (yours truly is one of them and the only "veg/vegan only" designer at that!) It's in Grand Central Terminal open to the public from May 24 - 26. From 9 am - 5 pm the first day, and 9 am - 7 pm the other two days. If anyone wants to hang out, I'll be there on the 24th.
