new vegan bakery in bethlehem

A vegan bakery opening in bethlehem (bethlehem is anywhere from 1-1 1/2 hours north of philly). Also right next to my hometown! This bakery is the same woman who ::used:: to do all the baking for giannas. way back before all the scandals. (she stopped baking for them before that happened). Since 'The Green Cafe', the ONLY vegetarian restaurant in that area just closed, i am really excited for this place.
