...getting rid of stuff. I committed to getting rid of a box or a bag of stuff from my house for every day of Lent, and I am somewhat behind. I had a little sausage for protein. When I'm watching my white carbs, I usually fry up a couple of pounds of bulk pork sausage and cut up melon or fruit at the beginning of the week, so that I can grab sausage and fruit to go for breakfast or a snack at work.
