So I did most of my Christmas shopping this year on Better World Books, which is an online bookstore that's inventory is derived from books donated from people/libraries/etc, and all their proceeds go to literacy and libraries and stuff. So basically they're perfect ( Read more... )

So many new things! For starters: HEATHER IS HOME!!! FINALLY! I took her 12 hours longer than originally planned, because her flight was cancelled out of Chicago and she had to take the Amtrak. As you all may have guessed judging by my books of late, I read a lot of fluff. I ADORE fluff. Romance novels are great! i don't care what anyone says. But as a librarian, I feel like I should broaden my horizons in literature (at least where science fiction is concerned, since I'm a nerd.)
