The part to Hamburg was almost exactly what I hoped for: quietly rolling train, green countryside, noisy beer-drinking Danes going to Oktoberfest. Well, two out of three ain't bad. They played Meier most of the way, but with a silly rule where you can just pass on the dice. Wimpy!

Apparently the blog versions are shorter than the TV versions -- according to the web page, the "Denmark outside Copenhagen" episode had a part in Århus, but what we got on the blog was just Øresundsbroen and Roskilde. Bummer, dude!

Very short travel update: We've been rerouted through London, missing our Amtrak connection, and so going to Denver a day early.
