ETA: OH YEAH, HAPPY THANKSGIVING! WE HAD "FRAGRANT DUCK", WHICH IS BASICALLY FRIED DUCK SPICED WITH AN ENTIRE BOTTLE OF BAY LEAVES. HEAD WAS GRACIOUSLY INCLUDED. IT WAS DELICIOUS.
