I wasn't going to count this as part of a 50projects07 project, but I think I am now. Jana loves it.
Jana loves music and musical instruments. She's been interested in a guitar of her own and I have been considering on purchasing a kiddie version but never wanting to commit. Then while Michael was out of town, I made a project out of it.
Grabbed a UPS box, an empty foil paper roll, rubber bands and a stapler.

I didn't even tell her what we were making. As soon as I started stapling the rubber bands, she kept yelling, "guitar!" I'm really glad how it's working out and I'm hoping this helps to stir her imagination. It's just as fun to make your own toys. When Michael came home from his trip, she had to play and sing for him.
