Went to doctor's appointment this morning. Have been instructed to take 2 to 3 ibuprofin morning and evening, plus glucosamine and chondroitin as per the package instructions (so I guess I'll make a Safeway run today to pick some up). Okay, so, my grandmother's huge medical incident last summer was caused by colon cancer (they operated to take it out, which caused all those complications, and so on and so forth). Have not been sleeping very well. Last night (this morning?) I ended up going to bed at three-ish and staring at the ceiling until six and generally not feeling so great.
