So on paper 2009 should have been a terrible year. My dad was diagnosed with arrhythmia and lung problems, my mum discovered she has diabetes, my cat Felix died of feline AIDs and cancer of the lymph glands, I found out I have polycystic ovaries and at the end of 2008 my depression had come back full force. I have had the best weekend ever. A friend of my dad's had this massive barbeque birthday party on Saturday. All kinds of people there, all ages because it was a mix of her work colleagues and their families and her friends and their families.
