Well, Kenny had his arraignment. Larry got a phone call this afternoon and spent nearly 3/4 of an hour on the phone with a juvenile probation officer. They won't be charging Kenny with family assault, because the officer feels that it would be better if he were given a psychological analysis and dealt with that way. Well, Kenny has his arraignment today and we'll see how things go. He doesn't have to appear in court, everything is going to be done over the phone. The judge will rule on a bail to be set, but I don't think my parents intend on getting him out of juvenile hall just yet. His stay there may be good for him ( Read more... )

Not only was last night the first New Years' Eve that I spent out of state, there were some other firsts as well. One, it's the first time I rung in the new year ALONE.
