Today was one of those days where waking up felt horrible and I just didn't want to get out of bed. I did, though, and I went to work. I considered skipping my classes to go back home and sleep, but I ended up going to them. I'm such a fan of the power outages. When I'm at work, it means I don't have to do much of anything until the power comes back on. And when I'm in the science library, it means I can sit in the dark and the quiet in a narrow, towering alley of books. Or journals about chemical physics. This morning when I woke up at 6:15 to go to work, I was surprised and overjoyed to see that the sky was not completely dark!
