I did get into Detroit without too much of a hitch--many stupid airport delays, but no serious flight issues. And shortly after I got into town, the heavens opened up and vast amounts of snow fell! I am flying to Detroit in a couple hours (and obviously, heading to the airport sooner to check my bag and such) and...gugh. I'm flying back tomorrow. The weather is bad, flights keep getting cancelled or delayed, and I'm a big nervous wreck. *sigh* There's also some issue where Chris swears I have a seat but the website is sort of saying that I don't. Well, it's been a productive past couple of days. I got my plane tickets to Michigan for the holidays-I'll fly in the 17th and leave the 28th. The whole trip makes me nervous for a myriad of reasons. I stopped working at Best Buy. Last Saturday was my last day there. This was, actually, a pretty happy occasion. I couldn't take all the many many hours of work anymore. If I was still working there, I'd probably be there right now, and the store wouldn't even be closed yet, and I'd be grouchy and sore. Possibly also starving ( Read more... )
