I wanted to say that I'm not usually an Oprah lover but this is fabulous and powerful stuff here. It's reminding me of 3 things. Not to let others bully me, not to bully others, and not to say "no" unless I mean it. Those are good lessons. Please excuse me if I repost this from time to time. It's something I often need reminding.
