Finally, some photos!
I said a few posts back that I would post a picture of the newly complete cat toy. Soooo, here we go:
Do you know how hard it is to get a cat to play with a toy on command? Bishop doesn't care if my blog pictures are boring. I would like to point out that I *did* take the time to weave in the 9,000 ends, but the cats have been playing with it for a few days...
This should help explain why my knitting progress is rather slow (besides all the yarn issues). I'm halfway through, and enjoying it immensely.
Just a closeup so you can see how well the lace is NOT showing up in the second type of yarn. The color's pretty accurate in this picture. I can't wait til my new yarn shows up!
