I've finally got my exam schedule.  I'm all done by the 19th of May.  I feel like I've won something.  If it weren't poor manners to dance in the library, believe me, I would be.  This means that if I should do summer research, I won't need to petition to take my exams early.  Yay!  Anything that makes my life easier it fine by me.

I'm over halfway done with the second paper!  I might be almost out of things to say, though.  I've got to talk about the Synod of Whitby and the fading out of Celtic influences on English Christianity, and I've got to add a bit about how Celtic Christianity influenced Bede somewhere, and I could probably stuff a lot more analysis in if I weren't ( Read more... )

Good lord I'm tired.  I ended up going to bed at around 3 last night with 1300 words written.  Now I'm trying to finish up by 10-11 so I have time to work on my other paper today.  Maybe I'll actually make it to the library.  Actually, I ought to go to the library now.  There's nothing stopping me.  Anyway, I also have run out of food, I believe.  ( Read more... )

I'm 229 in on my Chaucer paper.  The one that's supposed to be 2500 words.  That I wanted to have finished today, so I can do my other 2500 word paper tomorrow.  I have a feeling I'm going to be pulling some late nights.  Oh well.  I'm working in poor lighting now, so I can hopefully emulate the conditions under which I write most of my papers, ( Read more... )
