Why is it that every time we have a scheduled teleconference, it has to last at least half an hour longer than scheduled? It was not all that long ago that the Double SOB backwards changed the "scheduled" length from an hour to an hour and a half. Well the administrative mess that is my current work project continues. The processing crew that I was working with got off the boat on Tuesday.  The boat finally sailed from Mumbai sometime, I don't know when but has been deploying the gear.  My acting chief has arrived at the office and there is still little that we can do from here ( Read more... )

Well, my sleep patterns are still all screwy.  The past few nights, I have been trying to stay awake until exhaustion just puts me to sleep.  That is sort of working, I have been falling asleep anytime between 22:00 and 24:00, but only to be wide awake at 04:30 and not able to get back to sleep.  All of that may work out poorly in that tonight at ( Read more... )
