What a day! What a week! I've been super-busy trying to get all the changes in for our upcoming migrations, and I've hardly had time to think this week. Things have settled down slightly, and I'm feeling much more relaxed today, although that might have much to do with the finalization of our decision to head to PR for a long weekend next week.

It was an annoyingly busy and stressful day, following a blissfully relaxed and activity-free weekend. I have only just finished working today (although at least I've been working from home, so it could be a lot worse.) Tomorrow promises to be more of the same. Dur in large part, I'm sure, to the craptabulous workday I've had, I am currently craving french fries, most likely those of the Chick-Fil-A persuasion.

At least this time I know it's not horomonal.

I opted to abbreviate my weight routine this morning, because I didn't want to be late for my 9:00 meeting this morning, and it takes me awhile to get ready, even when I'm primping out of my gym bag. Had a good run, felt very productive. Upped my weight by 10lbs for butterfly and shoulder presses and rocked it like a hurricane. Feeling good so far ( Read more... )

Wow, I am really tired. Run was excellent, but I had to skip the crunches that are part of my daily routine, because I encountered lower-back pain as soon as I was on my way up from the first one. Today has been an interesting day, though not particularly productive. I woke up late with a killer headache and did not go to the gym. Went through the first half of the day with aforementioned headache.
