Wow, I am really tired. Run was excellent, but I had to skip the crunches that are part of my daily routine, because I encountered lower-back pain as soon as I was on my way up from the first one. I have learnt through experience that lower-back pain is not to be fucked with, so I am just going to avoid doing anything to exacerbate it and hope that it goes away soon.

Today is going to be a long day at work; I have meetings until 5:30PM, so leaving early won't be an option. I'm also totally behind on some crap I was supposed to get done last week. I am now reproteining myself and have just taken a B-complex vitamin.

I wish I had reasonable sleep habits.
