Bob’s Burgers is my ultimate comfort show so I’m excited.

I could def do with less Teddy though… They need to start doing something different with him. Time for some character growth.

I thought the episode where he and Bob went on the roadtrip was great for his character and if I'd like more of that.

Agreed. I can deal with Teddy in small doses. Sometimes he stresses me out and that is the opposite vibe I'm going for with this show

100% agreed. I’ve seen lots of arguments for how uncomfortable Gayle makes people and that’s valid, but nowhere near enough arguments on how fucking gross and stalker-like Teddy is.

I rewatch episodes all the time and somehow forgot that in one of them, the Belchers left him alone to repair the restaurant and he legit broke into their apartment, took a bath, and fell asleep in their bed. The ~Teddy’s weird but he’s in therapy~ storyline is getting old for me. That shit’s scary.

I normally wait until $5 Tuesdays to see movies, but I might have to see this Thursday night or Friday. It's such a comfort show for me and my mental health hasn't been great lately so I'm so excited for this lol

The National and Låpsley’s cover of “Bad Stuff Happens in the Bathroom” is iconic. really all of The National’s covers of their original songs are fantastic:

my favorite though has to be this Boyz 4 Now number. the spiritual predecessor to Turning Red’s “Nobody Like U”

Bobs cover of Cruel to be Kind about how regular fries are better than sweet potato fries. A great song and a 100% true message!

I'm so excited for this! I don't go to the movies opening night but I'm planning to make an exception for this.

I don’t really know much about this show, just what I see from gifs and the clip about Bob (?) getting hit on by the deli guy. My first time actually watching it happened when they played a short before Dr. Strange and my (41 y/o) sister said “I’m too old for this, none of that was funny to me, everybody sounds the same; they all have the same man voice.”

😆

idt the trailer is very funny and I say that as a fan. if you ever wanna check it out (I'd prob skip to s3 or later), it's a cute show. the family is really supportive of each other in a sweet way (it's the biggest strength). the holiday eps are fun.

h.jon Benjamin's voice is very distinct to me and I also love it for some reason idky, but I can totally see how the voices get muddled.

Thanks for the tip! I might give it a shot, I love nice family dynamics in stuff I watch, I can only take so many crappy families lol
