I don’t really know much about this show, just what I see from gifs and the clip about Bob (?) getting hit on by the deli guy. My first time actually watching it happened when they played a short before Dr. Strange and my (41 y/o) sister said “I’m too old for this, none of that was funny to me, everybody sounds the same; they all have the same man voice.”

idt the trailer is very funny and I say that as a fan. if you ever wanna check it out (I'd prob skip to s3 or later), it's a cute show. the family is really supportive of each other in a sweet way (it's the biggest strength). the holiday eps are fun.

h.jon Benjamin's voice is very distinct to me and I also love it for some reason idky, but I can totally see how the voices get muddled.

My husband refused to watch the show for years because of the voices. He said they all sounded weird, and many of them were far too grating. Idk what changed or why he actually stayed in the room one day when I had the show on, I just remember an episode ending and him being like "holy shit, this show is actually funny." It took him a while to be able to look past the voices to appreciate the humor, but he eventually got there.
