    True story: I was watching the England-Spain game on tv when the power went out on our floor.     Well, Ayala signed with Villarreal for three seasons. Not shocked, since the deal was in the works since last summer, but I had really hoped he would end his career at Valencia. Carboni et al will probably be on the market for another central defender soon, ay.
