Thoughts on a final that I did not watch:
- Fernando Torres's effect is that of necessary wartime encryption, like Enigma -- what I feel about him is a scramble of delight and wariness, wracked with historical animosity, yes, but also judgement weighted by fan positivism. It's still difficult, but I'm glad to be learning.
