Oh my goddddddd Sergio Ramos has been undressed and possibly halfway flogged at least five times so far this game. Old Onion-balls has been criticizing Puyol and Marchena for their positioning, but they wouldn't have nearly as many problems if Ramos didn't keep losing his man.

I hate when Tommy Smythe says shit like "Torres didn't have a good outing .......... he did set up the first goal .................... he has had a slight ankle problem." WHICH IS IT, FUCKTARD? It makes me wish I were watching this game with Spanish commentary. I'm glad they played the radio calls of the goals though. Those goals (1. Capdevila to Torres to Villa, 2. Vampire Boy to Villa, 3. Villa, 4. Villa to Xavi to an offside Fabregas) made my heart happy, not just because they constituted Villa's coming out party, but because they were simply so pretty.
David Villa: validating this sport since 1981. I'm a little worried about his future after the tournament -- I can't lie, if he leaves Valencia I will probably cry buckets and be really pathetic about it for awhile, but mostly I just resent the notion that somehow he needs to "upgrade" in order to further his career. He arrived at Valencia the same time Quique did, and their combined efforts pretty much rejuvenated that team after Rafa's departure and the hilariously awful year of Ranieri.
Now? A new coach and a new president to boot. But you know, he deserves silverware and championships and if Valencia can't give it to him, I could hardly begrudge him a move elsewhere. I just don't want it to be right now.
In other news, it figures that the anonymous hate meme would be as uninspiring as the wank in this fandom itself -- although lol at rondaview and windsor "& co." getting mentioned. HEY SUSAN, APPARENTLY PEOPLE WOULD GO GAY FOR YOU.
