I've been meditating quite a bit as I attempt to wrangle the chaos of my mind through the discipline of mindfulness.  Overall it's helping, but not completely curing.  There is still a long way to go as the ill-habits of 10 20 30 years cannot simply be reversed by a few months of meditation.  Though, if I keep at it long enough then I can refine my ( Read more... )
