I feel that I've neglected lj recently, but it seems that as always, so much has been going on. Brisbane is known as the River City, but not in this context of massive flooding! I woke this morning not really sure if I would be able to get to work. I scoured the internet, checked TV and radio, searching for road closures and affected areas, and decided that I would try. Queensland is affectionately known as the Sunshine State, but the only state we are in right now is a State of Emergency.
