So last night we motor into Oklahoma City and check into the Marriott, pricelinei-ng ourselves a nice room on the 15th floor. We head for the Cattleman's Cafe in Stockyard City, located conveniently right next to the source of their red meat. Hi folks,

Em and I celebrated Passover in fine style tonight, having a small two-handed Seder, a full, traditional Seder plate, four glasses of really good kosher wine (OK I had five) and the results of two days of pretty much solid cooking and kitchen cleaning.
